MindShare Capital Management LLC offers two separate investment strategies, both small-cap growth.  While both strategies adhere to the basic premise underlying the MindShare investment philosophy, that earnings growth is the primary driver of stock returns, they differ in their application of that premise.  The MindShare SmallCap Growth strategy seeks to identify the most dynamic, rapidly growing companies whose earnings are still accelerating.  The goal of the MindShare SmallCap Turnaround Growth strategy is to identify companies whose stock prices remain well below historical highs but whose earnings growth prospects are dramatically improving.

Both funds utilize the same core MindShare investment process.  In addition, both funds apply the same basic “Buy” and “Sell” discipline, using a combination of fundamental, technical, and portfolio management criteria.  The difference in their strategies stems from the specific criteria they use in the application of the process.  The MindShare SmallCap Growth strategy will only invest in companies exhibiting the highest revenue and earnings growth rates that are dramatically exceeding investor expectations.  The Mindshare SmallCap Turnaround Growth strategy invests in companies undergoing a re-acceleration in growth prospects after a period of weakness  Unlike the SmallCap Growth strategy, these companies are not necessarily exhibiting the highest revenue and earnings growth rates.  It is this difference in the application of the MindShare philosophy that results in two small-cap growth strategies with little stock overlap, typically limited to 15%..
